1. Our Services

Crumb & Crust Sourdough School provides online sourdough baking education. Our offerings include:

• Sourdough from Scratch: A one-time purchase online course consisting of 8 video lessons.
• Crumb Club: A monthly membership providing a new recipe PDF each month and access to a live monthly Q&A session.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are in GBP (£). Payment is processed securely via our online checkout.

• Sourdough from Scratch: £49.00 (one-time payment for lifetime access).
• Crumb Club: £9.00 per month (recurring subscription).

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Crumb Club Membership: You may cancel your subscription at any time. To manage or cancel your subscription, please use the subscription management link provided in your welcome email or request a new link via our website. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Online Courses: Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds for the "Sourdough from Scratch" course once access has been granted.

4. Delivery and Access

Access to digital products (courses and monthly PDFs) is provided immediately upon successful payment. Live Q&A sessions are held on the first Sunday of each month at 7pm via Zoom. Links for these sessions are shared with active members.

5. Acceptable Use

All content provided by Crumb & Crust Sourdough School, including videos, PDFs, and live session recordings, is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, distribute, or reproduce our materials without express written permission.

6. Liability

While we strive to provide accurate baking guidance, Crumb & Crust Sourdough School is not responsible for the outcome of your baking attempts or any kitchen-related incidents. Our content is for educational purposes.
